a pop-up choir for pubs, cafes, bars
(or any space that can accommodate us!)

Vocal In Your Local is a FUN, social event, where you can enjoy singing with
a group of people
in a relaxed, informal way.

What Happens at the events?
You turn up at the venue and grab yourself a drink. Over a couple of hours, our experienced choir-leader will teach you the song, in three-part harmonies (Low / Middle / High) and you'll be accompanied by LIVE musicians!  NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

At the end of the session, we film/record the song and share on our social media & website, for you to show all your friends!

What kind of songs do you sing?

Popular, well-known songs that most people are familiar with.
(if you don't know it at the start, you will by the end!) We make song-words available for you too.

Do I have to be a member?
No auditions, no memberships, no termly fees. each event is a stand-alone, one-off and is pay-as-you-go. It's a great opportunity for some 'Me-time'.
Tickets can be purchased in advance or on the door (if the event is not sold out).

What if I can't sing?
We hear that a lot! No-one is expecting perfection! We make the event fun, with no pressure, so you can enjoy yourself, make new friends and go home with a smile!

Can I bring my friends?
Of course! - the more, the merrier. However, if you're coming alone, you'll soon start chatting to someone.
